Postage and Packing Charges - UK Customers
Postage costs are calculated by weight,As you add each item to your shopping basket the current cost of postage will be displayed so you will know of the total cost before going to complete checkout.
Royal mail have now brought in new parcel size rules which means that Bulky but lightweight parcels will now cost considerably more to post in the UK than smaller,flatter but heavier parcels,as such we will now be sending many of our parcels by courier,although flatter parcels may still be sent through Royal Mail where possible.
You have the option of choosing from either Standard delivery or if time is an issue then we also offer Next Day Special Delivery,Please be sure to check the box on your preferred postage option at checkout.
Postage starts from £1.10
Where possible we will try to send smaller,flatter items (Standard hammocks etc..) by the cheaper Royal Mail Large letter rate - If we can send your parcel this way then we will and any additional postage that you may have paid will be refunded.
Overseas Postage costs
Orders from overseas customers will be sent by Airmail,which has an average delivery time of 3-7 days,however it may take longer depending on the destination of the parcel.
Due to their weight,there are some items which are unfortunately not available for purchase by overseas customers,this will be noted in the description of the items,so we ask that you do not attempt to purchase them,(if any unsuitable items are added to an order they will be removed and refunded if applicable)
We currently ship to many overseas locations,including:Austria,Australia,Belgium,Canada,Cyprus,Denmark,Finland,France,Germany,Greece,Hong Kong,Hungary,Ireland,Isle of Man,Italy,Japan,Luxembourg,Netherlands,New Zealand,Norway,Poland,Portugal,Singapore,Spain,Sweden and Switzerland and the USA.

Europe - covers delivery to all European Countries
Zone 1 is USA,Canada and Japan
Zone 2 is for anywhere else not covered by the other 2 options i.e Australia,New Zealand etc....
Orders weighing over 1.95kg will be very expensive to post oveseas ,so please ask for a price quote before ordering if you think your order may weigh more than this.
We are willing to send orders by Surface mail if required - however,while this may be a cheaper option it can take between 2 and 12 weeks for delivery depending on the destination,so is not recommended unless you really are in no hurry for your purchases.
If you do wish to opt for Surface delivery please contact us and we will work out the cost for you.
International buyers – please note:
Any import duties, taxes and charges that you may incur are not included in the item price or Postage costs. These charges are your responsibility to pay.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be any charges and what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Orders will be posted from Monday to Friday - We aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs of receipt however orders received on Friday afternoons and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.Orders placed over Bank Holidays will be posted on Tuesday.
Any custom orders or those containing items which require Personalising may take slightly longer to dispatch.
If for any reason any item that you have purchased should be unavailable,then you will be contacted by us as soon as possible and you will be offered either a full refund for the item and any associated postage charges,or if there are similar items available in the shop you will be able to choose one of these instead.
