Delivery Information#
General Information
I use Royal Mail as my
chosen delivery service, allowing me to offer a range of services
to suit your needs. If you have any questions or concerns,
please don't hesitate to contact me. All postage prices are based on the total weight of your order. I ship Monday to Friday, but not on weekends or bank holidays.
1st Class Royal Mail
If
this option is requested items should arrive within 1 - 2 working days
once dispatched, however you should give up to 5 working days before
contacting me.
Local Pick Up (Brighton)
I am more than happy for you to pick up your purchase(s) from my home to save on postage costs, but please contact me first to arrange a suitable time.
Payment Options#
We currently offer payment via two methods, personal cheque and paypal.
Paypal
Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, American Express and Direct Debits),
and it is not necessary for you to hold a paypal account to pay this
way (although it is faster). Paypal do not share any of your financial
details with us, so you can shop with confidence using paypal in our
store.
Personal Cheque
For payment with personal cheque, simply indicate this option at
checkout. Make your cheque payable to Amy Saunders, and mail to:

Please ensure you correctly indicate the full amount required,
inlcuding postage costs, and detail your order number on the back of
the cheque.
We cannot dispatch your items until payment has cleared, which is up to
five working days after we have received your cheque. We will keep you
up to date on the status of your order.
Return Policy#
In compliance with distance selling regulations, I am happy to provide a full refund, minus return postage costs, of any purchase of premade items, providing the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt, and have not yet been used in any way. We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on custom items, unless such an item is faulty (see below).
Faulty Goods
In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must contact me immediately. I will then advise you if it requires returning (in which case I would refund your postage costs).
On receipt of the faulty goods I will send you a replacement or provide
you with a refund (according to your preference).
I will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or
PayPal account within 2 working days of its receipt or will provide a
replacement where agreed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
