We send Parcels by both Royal Mail and by Courier,allowing us to offer a range of services at competitive prices to suit your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me. All postage prices are based on the total weight of your order. We will post orders from Monday to Friday(Except Bank holidays).Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be posted the following Monday.
Within the UK you can choose from either Standard postage,which is around 3 days for delivery, or Special delivery for more valuable orders or if delivery time is an issue
Overseas orders will be sent by Airmail Small Packet rate,which can take from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on your location.
You can pay by card via Paypal or by personal cheque or Postal order.
Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, American Express and Direct Debits) and you do not need a Paypal account to pay this way (although it is faster). Paypal do not share any of your financial details with us, so you can shop with confidence using Paypal in our store.
To pay by personal cheque or Postal order, simply choose the 'Payment by post' option at checkout. Please make your cheque payable to M.Smith and mail to us at:

Please include a copy of your order with the payment.
We will dispatch your order once payment has cleared, this will be up to five working days after we have received your cheque. We will let you know once your payment has been received and when your order is posted.
Payment must reach us within 7 days of your order being placed - If we have not received your payment by then your order will be cancelled and the items put back on the website.(We will allow extra time if there are any Postal delivery issues ongoing at the time i.e Bad weather,Christmas etc...)Return Policy#
In compliance with distance selling regulations, I am happy to provide a full refund, minus return postage costs, of any purchase of ready made items, providing the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt,All items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent in and must not have been used or damaged in any way.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any custom or personalised items,or on Earrings(for hygiene reasons) unless such an item is faulty (see below).
Refund of your payment will be made once the returned item(s) have been received by us or once you provide proof they have been returned (i.e Post office/courier tracking number,proof of postage etc..)
In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must contact me immediately. I will then advise you if it requires returning (in which case I would refund your postage costs).
On receipt of the faulty goods or once provided with proof they have been returned(as above) I will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund (according to your preference).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
