In the Design Your Own category, you can pick and choose from any items we currently stock, and design your own pet accessories using any of our fabrics and sizes.
Custom pet accessories are produced within three days, and usually much faster - same day shipping is not unusual. The time it takes depends upon your order, our current queue, and in rare cases, fabric stock. We update our fabric availablilty several times throughout the day as each order comes in, but in some cases, it is not always possible. If your desired fabric is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as we receive your order, and offer a short wait, a replacement fabric, or a refund, to your preference.
